The staff, especially Orlando and Demetrio, treated us like VIPs with their attentive service and friendly smiles. Arrival at the rooftop restaurant was magical, as the evening views intertwined beautifully with good cocktails and live music.

during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to fantastic attractions like Grand Coral Beach Club, just a short walk of about 500 meters away, and the fine Playa Publica 88 that's only a little over 2 km from my room, making it easy to unwind at the beach after each city stroll I enjoyed.

The service throughout was great, with specific mentions of the attentive hosts who made our dining experiences special. The vibrant atmosphere, improved with live music. One area for improvement would be the availability of staff during peak meal times. At times, we noticed a slight delay in seating due to the lack of staff on hand.

The Signature Suite Ocean View was spacious and fine. I loved the modern design, and the Mexican touches added a nice vibe. The huge outdoor marble tub? Perfection! It was like a mini paradise. Only downside was that sometimes, it was like there could have been more staff around to keep things tidy, but honestly, it didn't ruin the experience. Just a minor detail in an otherwise amazing room.

Luxurious suite, good dining experience, with a amazing outdoor tub, made my stay relaxing, and the drinks at the various bars were really good, including a wonderful cocktail I enjoyed while lounging by the infinity pool, all just 20 km from the nearest airport.

Everything was spot-on.

The diverse food options were a highlight. Especially the evenings at the rooftop bar. The ambiance was enchanting. Room service was quick and efficient. And we appreciated the meticulous attention to pool cleanliness and overall surroundings.

It would have been better to have more staff during peak times to enhance the overall experience.

The room was fine with marble tubs on the balcony and great bath amenities. The pool area was splendid.

The lush tropical landscaping and pools. Plus, the staff was wonderfully attentive, catering to our every need, even with babies in tow.

The ambience of the resort is stunning with over 20 pools to explore, creating a serene atmosphere. Friendly staff ensured our comfort, providing personalized greetings. The food options occasionally ran out, which was unexpected given the low occupancy during our visit.

The impression side of the resort is fine, especially with the world-class spa and gorgeous pools nearby. The food was really good, especially the fine dining at el cielo, where every dish was like a masterpiece. The service was really good. The staff were friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff provided great service, and the food at the several available restaurants was fantastic, especially at the Cielo rooftop. The breakfast was also great! The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the live shows available in the main area at dinner time. We also appreciated the kindness and support from our butlers.

this did not greatly affect our overall experience as the hotel made up for it with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities.
